Hudson Valley Style Magazine enjoyed some time on the Catskill Scenic Trail in early summer and wrote about their day in near by Delhi. The writer spent a good amount of time exploring all that the cafe Blue Bee in Delhi had to offer, including their scones, coffee and their delicious crepes.
"I'd rate the Blue Bee Cafe as a solid 5 stars. It's the perfect place to refuel after a day of exploring the scenic beauty of upstate New York. The only downside, if there is one, is that it may spoil you for other breakfast places," explains writer and photographer Maxwell Alexander.
